These Terms of Service govern the use of the Dialo.ar platform. Read this document carefully before using our services. If you use Dialo.ar as a company, these terms also apply to your end users when they interact with integrated services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Dialo.ar services (the "Service"), either as a company or individual user, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any term, you may not use the Service. These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Dialo.ar.
2. Service description
Dialo.ar is a SaaS platform that lets companies configure and operate AI chatbots for customer support, sales, and inquiries across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, Telegram, and others. The Service includes AI message processing, catalog management, payment integrations, shipping integrations, marketplace integrations, and an administration dashboard.
3. Use of Google user data
Dialo.ar may request access to Google accounts (Gmail) to operate the email channel. Data obtained through Google APIs is used in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We only access data needed to read incoming messages and send replies on behalf of the user. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and users may revoke access at any time.
4. Accounts and responsibilities
To use the Service you must create a business account. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, all activity under your account, compliance with applicable laws, and obtaining any necessary consent from end users to process messages with AI.
5. Subscription and payments
The Service is offered under subscription plans with recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorize automatic billing for the selected plan. Prices may change with 30 days prior notice. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the billed period. Current plans and pricing are published at dialo.ar/subscription/pricing.
6. Data processing and privacy
Dialo.ar acts as a data processor on behalf of companies using the Service. Processing of end-user personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy available at dialo.ar/privacy-policy. Messages may be processed by third-party AI systems and stored on cloud infrastructure with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
7. Third-party integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Mercado Libre, Mercado Pago, and Telnyx. Use of these integrations is also subject to each platform terms. Dialo.ar is not responsible for third-party API or policy changes.
8. Intellectual property
All Dialo.ar software, design, code, and content are owned by Dialo.ar or its licensors. No intellectual property rights are granted beyond the limited use of the Service. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialo.ar does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, is not responsible for business losses caused by interruptions, and total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the previous 12 months. AI-generated replies are automatic and may contain errors.
10. Data deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hola@dialo.ar. You may also revoke authorizations directly from third-party platforms, which disconnects the integration and removes associated tokens. When a company cancels its account, its data is deleted from our servers within 30 days.
11. Changes
Dialo.ar may change these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after notice means acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
