Dialo.ar («we», «the platform») provides a conversational assistant on WhatsApp focused on sales and product inquiries (Customer Support / Sales Bot). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. It is required for use of integrations with Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram) and complies with Meta's transparency requirements.
Data we collect
We collect: (1) identification data you provide when registering or using the service (name, email, phone number, company name); (2) messages sent and received on connected channels (e.g. WhatsApp), which may include text, images, or files you exchange with the bot; (3) usage metadata (connection times, conversation duration, device type). Messages may be processed by an artificial intelligence system to automatically answer product and sales inquiries.
How we use the data
We use the data exclusively to: (1) answer your and your customers' inquiries through the bot (sales, support, product information); (2) operate and improve the service (maintenance, aggregated usage analysis, improving responses); (3) integrations you have configured (e.g. messaging, payments, or shipping). We do not use the data for purposes unrelated to commercial support and the purchase experience.
Who we share data with
We may share data with: (1) infrastructure and hosting providers that process data on our behalf under contract; (2) artificial intelligence service providers that process messages to generate responses (e.g. OpenAI), under their data use policies; (3) messaging services (e.g. Evolution API / WhatsApp) needed to deliver messages. We do not sell or share data for commercial or advertising purposes without your consent.
Security and retention
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data (restricted access, encryption in transit and, where applicable, at rest). Data is stored on secure servers. Retention periods depend on the type of data: messages and conversation logs are kept according to service configuration and applicable legal requirements; you may request deletion earlier (see Rights).
Your rights
You have the right to: (1) access the personal data we hold about you; (2) request correction if it is inaccurate; (3) request deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact section. We will process your request within the timeframes set by applicable law.

Automatic processing and use of AI
Messages you exchange with the bot are processed automatically by artificial intelligence systems. They are used only to answer inquiries and improve the service. The client company using the platform does not have access to end users' chats, messages, or contacts except as allowed by the platform in its dashboard (according to the product model). End users may at any time request deletion of their data by contacting the company operating the channel or Dialo.ar.
Purpose of the agent (Meta requirements)
Dialo.ar's agent is defined as a sales and product inquiries bot (Customer Support / Sales Bot). It is not a general-purpose assistant nor designed to answer on any topic: its role is to handle commercial inquiries, product recommendations, cart, payments, and support related to purchase. Data is used exclusively to answer product inquiries and improve the purchase experience. In its registration as a technology provider with Meta, Dialo.ar declares the category Customer Support / Sales Bot.
